World Wide Technology has entered into a naming rights agreement with Gateway Motorsports Park. As a result, the Madison, Illinois-based facility is now named “World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway.”
Wild Wide Technology is a St. Louis, Missouri based company that was started in 1990. The company has more than 5,000 employees.

The track is known as St. Louis’ racing destination. However, it is a short distance away and over a bridge in Illinois.
In addition to this partnership, World Wide Technology will also be the official technology partner of the facility. Plus, the business will use the motorsports facility to ‘advance development programs for the company and its community outreach initiatives.’
This includes a ‘cutting-edge proving ground’ for advances in fan experiences through technology. Plus, there will be STEM initiatives, along with community outreach, and diversity programs.
“The support of WWT will help ensure that our track will compete for North America’s most elite races and offer an innovative and exhilarating fan experience for years to come,” Curtis Francois, CEO of Gateway Motorsports, said in a press release. “The relationship with WWT will help us tremendously as we continue to grow World Wide Technology Raceway into one of the premier racing facilities in the country.”
